WOMEN OF THE NALC
The women in the NALC churches have sought to make friends and to relate with one another both for Christian fellowship and growth and to join in unity across the churches. They have formed local geographic relationships as well as continent-wide ones, and meet together for social and faith-related events, including an annual national gathering.
While not an organizational arm of the NALC, they do support a number of missions nationally and internationally as selected by their membership. A national council exists which works to coordinate and support their member women's groups. This council's members are elected from and by those present at the national gatherings.
